Day 3 Kickstarter update

WE WILL SHIP YOUR BOOK(S) WORLDWIDE. Some of the pledge levels indicate US only. Please ignore this. If you are selecting a pledge that states it is US only, just select the US regardless of what country you are in. When the Kickstarter ends, you will receive a survey from the organization called BackerKit. They’re helping us run the Kickstarter. They will ask what country you’d like the book(s) shipped to and then collect the shipping fee from you. You can find a list of the international shipping fees in the FAQ. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will get you the rates.

We are three days into the Kickstarter Campaign for the 7th Edition of Battlelords of the 23rd Century and nearly 50% of the way to our funding goal! Thank you to our backers!

Thank you for our your feedback on Release 1 of the playtest rules. It is invaluable. Future playtest release will focus on other areas of the system (spacecraft, ultra armor, etc), but for right now we’re just making sure we’ve got the wrinkles ironed out of the combat system.

Fans of the game have kept it going since 1990, and we were once where you’re sitting now. Everyone in this company was a fan of the game before it was entrusted to us by the guys at SSDC, Inc. Larry Sims probably had no idea how long his brainchild would persist in the gaming market, but here we are almost 30 years later and Battlelords is still kicking. That’s in large part to efforts of MikeO and AaronT at SSDC who have kept the torch burning for more than a decade. Thanks to all our volunteers! Ray, Andrew, and the Soruco clan! Thanks to our spouses for putting up with the late nights and sudden lack of disposable income. Thanks to our artists for their hard work and patience with our many requested changes to roughs. This project is, and continues to be, a labor of love for everyone involved. I know getting new Battlelords artwork in my inbox is always the highlight of my day, and I’m excited to bring the Battlelord’s universe to you – NOW IN FULL GLORIOUS COLOR!
